Hi, I'd class myself as a Newbie as I've had 1 set of full size over the ear headphones in my life - The AIAIAI TM1's I've got on my desk infront of me.
I've got a set of 1964ears U8's whose sound signature I love, pretty bass heavy I'd say, but 8 drivers so plenty of clarity through the full range.
I use my IEM's for the gym every day, but the fit is really starting to get me down, and I've tried every tip under the sun for universals and I'm getting nowhere. Although when I twist in my IEMs I get a wonderful sound, that sound never lasts and I soon lose it - so I'm hoping if I move to full size cans I can keep the sound, although wearing them in the gym is going to take a little getting used to I think.

What sort of cans would you say is similar in signature to my U8's? (If any of you have heard the U8, or something similar). Am I looking at big bucks to get a similar signature or is the inverse true when going over to full size cans and the cost comes down?

TIA
