I remember there was a topic have an in-depth, very detailed review AND comparision between all a&k product (100,120, 100 II, 120 II & 240)
The topic's owner Finally point out that he prefer the sound of the old 120 rather than new 100 II and 120 II (because it sound more fun)
But still admit that the 240 is the best overall
