gosh... the only north texas meet i've heard of up till now and i've got to be out of town. nuts.

This sounds good. I'd probably drive to/from Ft Worth the day of the meet though. I have Etys, A900s and a Gilmore v2 to contribute.

What are the hours for the meet? Are we planning on going to a restaurant or something during the day?

Thanks for your interest, Publius. Hours are a bit tentative, but here's the likely drill. Set up 10 to 11 a.m., have some pizza brought in (on the first floor of Smith Hall is a place we can sit and eat) maybe 12:30 or so. Back to listening for the rest of the afternoon until 5:30 or so. Then, for those that want, there is a nice casual restaurant nearby with an outdoor terrace we could go to for drinks/dinner.

Sadly you can remove my Sennheiser HD650's I traded them for a pair of SA5000's. I can bring those, but it looks like we already have 2. I can bring a pair of Sony MDR-V6's instead of the 650's. Never hurts to have another pair.

So my new list looks like this:

No problem about the 650s - I'm sure the equipment list will change many times between now and the meet.

I won't sell the PPA because I love that amp. So you can expect to see it there for sure.

I swear I can't go a day without buying / selling something. I just bought a pair of HD580's. So I guess you can expect another pair of Sennheiser HD580's there. I will bring both the stock and will make another custom silver plated copper cable for them by then.
