I've been using Volumio, which has been... mostly good? I guess? When it works it's great, but I often seem to have problems. I won't discount that the problem may be me. Anyway, there's a Spotify plugin (don't know if it supports gapless) and a Spotify Connect plugin, which I suspect does support gapless... Although that's kind of moot because it's currently not working. Though, again, it might be me, since I can't seem to SSH into the Pi and therefor can't figure out how to update the plugin. Sigh.
I've got a mid-2010 Mac Mini I've been thinking about converting to Linux, too, but considering my luck with the RPis, I'm not feeling that brave yet.
