Just thought I'd Throw out a recommendation for the new album from one of the many under-appreciated bands out there.

Clutch's latest album once again proves that rock is not dead. On the contrary, it alive and well, and moving in new directions. From Beale Street To Oblivion is unlike any of Clutch's records before it, which which at this point is par the course . Clutch has embraced its blues soul to a degree not fathomed on their previous albums. Certain songs even bring to mind blues greats such as John Lee Hooker ("Electric Worry" specifically). Overall this album is extremely cohesive, which should be unsurprising to any Clutch fans out there. Each song flows seamlessly into the next, contributing to the almost concept album atmosphere that they have created. The production is also worth mentioning as well. It doesn't quite equal the technical wizardry that was found on Blast tyrant or Robot Hive/Exodus, but it shines nonetheless. Neil Fallon's vocals are the best they have ever sounded, while Tim Sult's guitars posses the perfect amount of crunch. The drums make themselves known, but they don't posses quite the punch they did on the previous two albums. Clutch proves to the masses they are incapable of producing weak album time and time again. Any fans of rock and blues need apply.
Highlights (Hard to pick!): Electric Worry / One Eye Dollar, When Vegans Attack, The Devil And Me, Opossum Minister, Black Umbrella

"Electric Worry"
