In a fit of stupidity my little brother attempted to power my cmoy with an AC power supply this morning, and, well, it's a goner

I was just wondering if there was anything I could try to do, i.e.
are there certain parts there are most likely to be damaged
(I was thinking specifically of the opamp), which I could try to replace?

The resitors and caps should be fine, as long as the AC voltage did not excede their (caps) maxes. Specificly I would be worried about the caps in the voltage splitting part of the power supply.

The op amps were more than likely KIA. The OPA 134 has good ripple rejection, but not THAT good

. Try replacing them, check the voltage splitter's output voltage (+/- 4.5V or whatever you use). Don't plug your phones in and check for any DC voltage at the output. Then plug in your source and hope....

I sent an order in later that night to digi-key, I ordered parts for a second amp (I've been meaning to build one anyway) and a replacement opamp.

It took me about 10 minutes to get the old one out and the new
one in -- and the amp has come back to life

Thanks for the input CaptBubba!
