What does those numbers in the y-axis (vertical line) means? The ones with the minus sign (0,-10,-20,-30,-40,-50,-60)?

Software decided the scale at which it starts. Most equalizers have the frequencies and how they average compared to the zero line. Some apps have something different. You'd have to read the documentation of the software/app that is describing the legend of the graph.
