looking for someone who's drawn/ordered endcaps for the largest hammond (1455T2201) as I'm doing something based on it.. Was wondering if you could send me (email if necessary) the FPD files.

Two minutes with the datatsheet is all it took to make the attached file.

You may want to countersink the screw holes.
I prefer not to have FPE cut those cause they always mess them up.
