Hello.
First post
I've been reading reviews of the FOSTEX T-50RP MK3 and almost pulled the trigger on a pair, but in one of the reviews it's stated that the bass roll of rather hard at around 100hz.
I'm not a complete basshead, but i do like some subbass. So my questions are: the T-20RP are being marketed as having a deeper bass, but does the lack of dampening make them less detailed in the midrange/treble? do the extended bass result in a more bloated and less focused bass?
I'll be using these phones to mix demoes for my band, and to chill with some good music on the couch
- the bleed of the open can of the T-20RP would not be an issue
I currently own superlux HD681 evo, and Takstar HI 2050, and find the superlux to be too V shaped for my taste. The takstar are pretty good, but somehow i find them to be somewhat "boring" in their presentation.
Thanks for looking.
Nikolaj
