I ordered the black superfi.5pro on Amazon and just got the pair today as of right now. I noticed the cord color difference between these and the picture from Amazon. Mine earphones all black while the Amazon pics have a white/clear cord...

Is this normal? Also I heard it comes with a metal AND leather case. I only got the metal one, and the package was more of a black paper material instead of one on Amazon. I don't think it's a counterfeit because SQ seems good. Still...HELP!?!

1 more thing..appreciated if you let me know if warranty is included from Amazon, thx

They recently changed the cord color to black (I got such a warranty replacement), the black one is much better, used also on triple.fi.
They only come with a metal case...years ago it used to be also the leather one (2006). I bought mine more than a year ago and there was only the metal one...

Bought mine from Amazon, recently and as was stated,
black cords and a metal box.

Am enjoying the sound, though and hope you do, too!

Unfortunately in december I caught a really bad upgraditis.. I went through triple.fi, IE8, Klipsch Image and ended up with se530. I still keep sf5pro as a backup, they're quite old but do the job...
