For the gamers on here: What is your go to solution for mic monitoring while gaming on closed cans?

I'm sure there is a couple of ways to do it but wanted to get your guy's take on it. Getting the 3rd Gen T5 on Monday and want to be prepared. I basically just need to get myself through the headphones so I’m not yelling into the mic. I would prefer a method with no noticeable delay unlike the Windows mic monitoring.
