soooo i have finally decided to ditch media money and itunes all together for managing my ipod, and im having some trouble getting foobar to recognize my ipod touch 3g.  itunes recognized it fine and im just kind of lost, i couldn't find anything recent that gave me any real answers.  i have the most recent version of foobar, and i just restored and updated my ipod to 5.0.1 ( or whatever is the most current)
 
i have the foo_dop plug in but Foobar just will not recognize my ipod
 
the ipod is just going to be for my car so it isn't a huge deal but it would nice to get rid of itunes finally, and use the foobar to convert everything to get on my ipod.

Don't forget to check and see if your iPod is actually compatible with foo_dop.

(From what I can tell, iPod Touch 3G are not supported beyond version 4.2.x: http://yuo.be/wiki/dop:start#supported_models )
