You can always makes your own out of solid foam ear plugs from any local drugstore. Generally, just salvage a couple of those plastic tubes and fit on some of your own new foamies. No adhesive should be needed so you can just reuse the same plastic tubes again and again. There are a bunch of different methods I've tried, and I think there's a few old threads about 'em. Prolly your cheapest option IMO.
