Do I need a seperate bottle of flux for soldering? Or is the flux already in the solder enough? I watched sometutorial videos online, and never was needing a seperate bottle of flux mentioned. However, I wanted to make sure.

Thanks,
Nkk

Extra flux is not necessary for typical through-hole soldering, but is indispensable when doing fine-pitched SMD work. It can also come in handy for miscellaneous situations

Stuffing a though hole and/or basic large SMD stuff it isn't needed but for fine pitch SMD and circuit rework/repairs is is pretty much vital
