I'm now resigned to running my V30 with my portable amp, planning to clamp them together. I'd like to minimize my past nuisance rubbing knuckles with bulky 3.5mm plugs close to my volume control, and have been searching for a flat one that won't stand out very far from the player's surface. I find a lot of kool ¼in sound reinforcement cables, but not the 3.5mm variety.

Has anyone on this board successfully skinned this cat & can give me suggestions ??

YES ! But I need a little "family" - one like this that's a meter-to-4ft so's I can pick up FM, and another that terminates in a ¼" stereo jack I can plug my cans into. I just looked at further Amazon recommendations, didn't find, but will contact Kework directly tomorrow. Figure there must be something on AliExpess, too, but my searches aren't getting interpreted well (yet).
