I was surfing late last night and found out The Flaming Lips finally finished their movie project - Christmas on Mars... I didn't think they'd ever finish it!
So just past midnight last night I'm trying to find more info about it and --- there's a midnight showing TONIGHT. My son and I are gonna go in about an hour...
Has anyone seen it? Either at one of the screenings, or got the DVD already?
Looks strange as hell - but I wouldn't expect anything else from these guys!
The reviews make it look a little 'iffy', but I'm a dedicated fan - so will give it the benifit of the doubt. Not like I'm likely to get another chance to see it on a big screen.
