The right shell is broken near the socket and the wiring has disconnected. 
Also both connectors are loose and just fall out.
Any recommendations how I can get it fixed?

Have them made into customs.

No, there are no ways to fix that that are worth it. Probably not even worth making them into customs, a process that costs at least $150.

To me they're definitely worth it? They're wonderful sounding and would be a waste just to throw them away.
I'll jump at the opportunity if I can get them done for $150 including re-shelling, impressions and shipping.

I think the cheapest reshelling is $150 or so from Inearz, and the impressions usually cost around $50.

Unfortunately I'm not too much into IEMs right now. Exploring the full sized world.
