So which is better.
The F111 has one driver compared to 3 for the sd3 yet are similarly priced.
The F111 sounds like a ER4 but with a more 3d sound and has less bass quantity to the W4 which are already considered bass light.
SD3 sounds like the SD2 but with increase bass quantity and forwards mids.
I'm looking to upgrade from my UM3X, after very forward mids with good impactful bass and excellent instrument separation.  
Which one would suit me more?

F111 are more neutral than SD3. They are completly different. Personnally, I prefer F111.
