ermm was just looking at head-fi and saw the fischer audio fa-003ti and I read down the thread and I realized that you can put the wooden cups on the fa-003 but I was wondering if you can put the cups on the brainwavz hm5 because they don't sell fischer audio 003 in my country and also the brainwavz are cheaper, just out of interest I was wondering if you can put the wooden cups on the brainwavz. Not doing any mods at all! the only mods I want to do are on grado sr-60i turning it into appearance wise the rs1i with detachable cable and comfy headband mods and possibly the sock mod if the bass needs sorting (I'm not a basshead).

Yes you can, In fact, I was about to do the same (I could get the cups easily because my girlfriend lives in Russia) but then I changed my mind, too many problems for a merely cosmetic chance. Even the digitec/jaycar will do the trick.
