Can someone who owns or has heard both tell me if theres a big difference in SQ? I saw that the Eterna rev.2 is being sold for around 67 dollars. Is it worth that price? Thank you.

I've heard both, I own V2. My unscientific listening tells me, it doesn't differ much unless you really listen to it. There is more mid-bass hump on V1, and V2 treble is slightly better, but that's pretty much I could tell. I'm enjoying my Eterna V2, no regret.
 
I'm not an expert in reviewing, so take it with a grain of salt.
