I would like to post a thread in the Little Dot Tube rolling forum. There is an unusual power tube for sale on eBay, a Russian 6N6P-T. I would like to see if anyone has any information about the T suffix. I have looked and found almost no definitive information on the www about it. How/when can I post a thread on that forum?

I figured it out. "Post reply" does not mean that; instead it means create a new thread. Thanks for welcoming me.
