Noob here...

Right now I use a onkyo trso4 7.1 reciever (or something to that effect) to push my hd580's, But ive read alot about "amps" specificly for headphones might be a better option. Id like to start small, Under 100....I see alot of iBasso T1 and cmoy's being tossed around....Which do you all reccommend, either, neither?

There are quite a few under $100 headphone amps.
You can check this review of 20 portable amps.
There's also the PAV2V2 which is my first amp and it's very good for the money. It costs $60 shipped ...
