Error: 421 There are too many connected users, please try again later.

That's what I get when I try the FTP.

This is kind of embarrassing after all the build-up. Getfirefox.com either gives an HTTP error or redirects to the mozilla.com Firefox page, which is serving Firefox 2. Also, the FTP server is reachable, but constantly full.

Well having followed from the firebird betas... I'm definitely in.

Yeah, you'd think they'd have secured extra bandwidth for the occasion though.

It is too bad that their site is overloaded, but this always seems to happen with any new anticipated release. I remembered Microsoft's site going down on the SP2 release :shrugs:. I'll get it eventually though

I managed to download the English UK-version. Works fine. Too bad that pretty much all my add-ons are for 2.0 and won't work (yet) with 3.0.

Yeah, I do. This is sort of like trying to break the world record for most people on a cruise ship and then bringing a smaller ship.

Edit: although you get people talking about it more when you create a line.

Just got it and am using it. As a long time IE user, I have to say it does work faster, which is nice. At the top of the screen is this big white bar that sections off certain things, and I hate it. Can I get rid of it?

Another Firefox GB edition downloaded and being used now. Seems OK for the 5 minutes I've used it so far..
