Finding List of B&M stores and opinion

Rather than ordering onlne, I want to go to a store like Best Buy or Frys or one of those types of stores to try on earbuds, tips, phones, and get to see them before buying.

I was planning on shopping around for them soon.

1) could someone suggest stores that are well known that has a department for selling these with a lot of variations in models?

2) what's the cheapest priced earphones out there that are good enough to listen to music but are the best at isolating external noise? I kept looking up the er6i, but those are priced at 70-80 bucks, and I'm trying to find something for less pay.

Best Buy, Frys etc. have junk if any for testing. Usally sony,bose, or monster. You would have to go to a headphone meet or a store like B@H photo in New York to try some out. If you tell us where you live, maybe someone can suggest a speciality store in that area that you can test headphones at.
