I've been looking to upgrade my onboard soundcard, and came across the Videologic SonicXplosion / SonicXplosion DVD. Does anyone have any details on these cards?
The SonicXplosion DVD supports DTS, Prologic II, and Dolby Headphone, but the Videologic website dosn't say how it does this, so I don't want to get my hopes up...
Seems the 2 cards are still based on the old (but good) Cirrus Logic 4630 DSP, so how do they differ- just software bundle?
And what what about the codecs- have they been upgraded since the SonicFury? (the UK's Santa Cruz)
