OMG!

That is perfect! I have those same klipsch speakers and i never thought of using them for a stand. I guess its better than having my three pairs of headphones just sitting on my desk and computer.

yes and it keeps the headband relaxed so that the senn vice grip is never present.

Haha, great idea!

Don't put down the Klipsch though, they're the best you can get in the desktop speaker category.

Whenever I want a really "fun" sound, I turn to my Klipsch 2.1s

Yes, but in the end, they're monitors. Perhaps I should have said desktop system.

I don't turn to my Klipsch for their precision, but for their sheer force that even my PPs can't provide and decent handling of mids and highs.

klipsch are really great for imaging when they're placed right, but they lack some mids , are a little bit too bright and they the bass is confusing to listen to at times. (ie the frequencies blend into each other) but I'd be more than comfortable to say that the klipsch promedia 2.1 is the grado sr 60 of the speaker world entry drug to greater desire of more equipment!!!
