it sounds great even though it's being runned in

quite obvious when i'm comparing it to those cheap earbuds

now it sounds a bit boomy

but with nice treble too

will comment further when it's fully runned in

congratulations on taking your first step into the dark side; after hearing the SR60, you're probably gonna want more. And there's no turning back to Sony earbuds/streetstyle headphones after this.

Good choice to start with,I also had the 60's till I broke the plastic case while at work;they give you a glimpse into the audio world at an affordable price. And like El Scorcho said there is no turning back. Now I have the 80s and am considering going all out and getting the 325s. Once you get the bug your hooked!

I have so many fond memories of using my SR60s with my Aiwa discman with bass boost on. (I know its weird)

The Grados were my first high end phones ever and I will always love them for introducing me to high end cans.

I've since graduated to the Ety 4p, and then Ety 4s and haven't looked back, and now I plan on getting some outlaw interconnects to connect my Dad's Marantz pmd 350 to an Mg head otl.

The madness never stops, all thanks to those damn Grados.
