I ended up selling my cable and replacing it with the final C106 balanced. Like the combination much more.

I can only recommend the Linum Bax 2.5mm MMCX because you hardly notice it. Only costs a third of the original cable. And sounds even better, what more could you want

I ended up buying the final C106 balanced (same cable as on the A8000) since I felt the stock cable was taking away some of that eye-opening transparency I was accustomed to with the A8000. It did the trick for me.

Yup, it’s their Final Edition. Limited to 51 units and got sold out within an hour or 2.

Yessir! As @riverground mentioned, it’s the ‘Final Edition’ - exactly the same cable but with different coloured sheath and hardware

Edit: They can still be bought from the HK dealer DMA if you’re interested
