i really like the techno remixes the best, as there done well and don't deviate too much for the original. Also, most of the piano pieces sound really good too. Some of my favorites are Racing Chocobos-Place your bets!, the Turk's Theme, J-E-N-O-V-A, and Fading Entity.

My favorite of the four discs would have to be Order. They certainly did some good work, but I was hoping for less techno. However, since I can't say I am familiar with the original soundtrack FF VII, I can't say how close they are to the original.
