I voted I Suck, but I'm still pretty sure Tool is a band. Filter I'm not sure about.

I voted for Tool, but that is certainly not taking anything away from Filter. If Tool keeps putting out the quality stuff they have been they are gonna be legends in their own time.

filter makes great music. but i don't think both of them should be compared. tool is way up there on the ladder. filter is just an offspring of reznor.

Umm, maybe Filter's first album. The last couple of Filter discs really don't even compare to Nine Inch Nails. Richard Patrick has taken the band in a much more guitar oriented direction than the first album. I guess I don't think Filter and reznor should be compared either.
