Got my KA1 a few days ago. Using it with my stock Android 12 Pixel 6 Pro there is a random clicking/popping sound in my headphones. Happens with YouTube music and Amazon Music. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? KA1 works fine with my windows 10 PC.

Sorry to hear about that. Will the issue happen when using the FiiO Music app with USB output mode on?
And we will report the problem to the engineer to see whether they could reproduce about the issue.

The new firmware V1.2 for FiiOxJadeAudio KA1 is now available!​

The following changes and improvements have been made to the V1.2 on KA1:
1. Added support for FiiO Control App Android version;
2. Added support for in-line control microphones;
3. Added the setting of turning on/off indicator light;
4. Added the function of USB mode switching.

Note: The KA1 could not be controled via the iOS version FiiO Control APP.
