My Fiio X5 just quit working after charging. The green light shows, full charge when plugged in but unit will not boot up. I tried everything the reset button, holding down power and still nothing. I sent Fiio support an email without a reply at the request of Pitbull Audio customer service.Some concerns I have is with so many dealers in the US why is there no service center for repair?

Well all Joe gave me a place in the US to send for repair but it was to late.I made the big mistake of trying to send my X5 back to China Fedx bill $112.00 and then China customs wanted $90...Fiio did offer to sell me another for $160.00 which after buying two ssd cards for $300 had to have a player so I took the offer.Now my broken down X5 poor thing lay in some customs warehouse till some disposes of it in the trash.Funny how this world works...just some experiences with Fiio to help others in my situation.

Let me say Fiio made good and I have another X5 to enjoy.Thank you Fiio.
