My Fiio won't charge, turn or, anything. When I plug it into the USB port the light is red. Any help available? Thank you.

Contact FiiO.  If you bought it from an authorized dealer, they'll replace it.  I'd try a hard reset prior to doing that.  Reset button is below the power button and you'll need a paperclip or something similar to reset it.
