I actually run a headphone review website in my country called MIND THE HEADPHONE, and it's currently the largest headphone related website in it. It has a daily average of 700/800 visits, which is significant for such a niche subject in Brazil. It also has its own forum now. In it, I've reviewed a relatively large number of headphones, ranging from TOTL headphones/earphones (eg. Sennheiser Orpheus, HD800 & IE800, AKG K1000, Grado HP1000, Stax SR-007, JH Audio Roxanne & JH13, Unique Melody Mentor & Merlin) to basic stuff (eg. Sennheiser HD 202-II and Grado SR60), as well as a number of DACs, amplifiers and DAPs. In fact, I already reviewed three FiiO Products (X3, E12 and E17, though for now you'll need Google Translate for those! :) ) I've translated some of those reviews and posted them here – they are linked in my signature –, and I'm currently in the process of starting an English version of the website. It's under construction but it's going to go live in two weeks at the most, on www.mindtheheadphone.org.

I think I represent the target market for X1, which is an average user who typically listens to music thru' his/her phone but would like better music quality and is unwilling to spend a lot on expensive audio equipment. I have been waiting for an entry level DAP such as the X1 and would love to review it in lay man's terms for the average joe like myself. Also, I do believe there is a large demand for this kinda product in a country like India and hopefully my review would add some market inputs for you.
