I just got my fiio x1 ii. Enjoying its sound but there's a problem. Whenever i switch to a next song, it takes one second gap then plays it, also , it makes a tiny pop sound when the song changes. Anyone experiencing this?

hi, accel
it takes one second gap then plays it
--This issue we have reported the feedback to our engineers. We will try to fix it in later firmware.
it makes a tiny pop sound when the song changes
--This is normal phenomenon. The DAC chip need to have some adjustments when switching music of different sampling rates. So it may caused a tiny pop sound.

It makes that pop sound everytime I change songs. Is it normal? I have the original X1. Its dac never did that except for changing to FLAC files.

Do you guys hear a tiny pop sound everytime you change songs? I used to hear it on my 1st gen x1 if I changed from an mp3 to a FLAC or else there was no such sound. On the 2nd gen, I hear it everytime I change the song whether it be an mp3 or a flac.

Do you hear a pop when the sample rate of the preceding/ following files is the same (i.e. the same album)?

I hear the pop too when skipping between tracks on the same album (so bitrate and format are the same).

When I hit skip I get about a second of silence, a quiet pop, another short silence, and then the music starts.

I tried to recreate it on my X3, but it skips to the next track much more quickly (no long silence to highlight the pop) that I was not able to hear one, I even tried skipping into tracks that start quietly so the music would not mask the pop but I was still unable to hear one on the X3.
