Haven't purchased from them myself but they are listed by FiiO as an authorized dealer.

Oh boy now I feel the pain of having no gapless playback on this device, literally could not play a trance set without having that annoying 1s of distortion between each track...

Is there a noticeable difference between the x3II's .001% THD and the x1II's .003% THD? Is there and audible difference and is it worth an extra $60?

Thanks,
Yes, it is a Fiio's official store. I have already ordered several times there.
I bought my X1 also at this shop. No problems and good feedback when contacting support.
I ordered my X1 ii in this shop.

From a brief listening comparison, in terms of sound quality X1 < X1ii < X3ii. If you want to factor in design and features, I think a more fair comparison will be when X3iii is released with a touch wheel and BT support and all the FW fixes shared between X1ii and X3iii.
I'm also a bit surprised that with release of X1ii, still for $99, the original X1 hasn't dropped in price. Gotta clear out the old stock

In case anyone was wondering about this combo, I can confidently say that it is a real treat.
The new X1 and the E12A is an absolute JOY to listen to.
Next week I'll be reviewing the iBasso DX80 and will be comparing the sound to this combo. I'm primarily doing it to make up my mind about whether to get the new X1, or to make the shift away from Fiio
