I am using a Sony NW-ZX507 player. The music files on the player work fine with the amp attached to the player. When switching over to Spotify, I get no sound with the amp. If I bypass the amp and plug straight into the player, Spotify plays fine. Spotify and the Sony are updated to latest software. I have inquired to Sony, Fiio and Spotify and no one has an answer on how to fix. Any ideas? Thank you.
