In the native player, I can't sort in the artist's folder by criteria:
A-Z/Z-A
Old to New/New to Old.
Tell me, pls, how to do it?

My M11 Plus has trouble ordering alphabetically as well, it's very annoying (especially artists / bands starting with 'The'). I haven't figured out how to fix it, sorry

The problem is not with the M11 Plus.
The problem with the software native player.
I got the impression that the creators of the program are complete misanthropes. To what extent do you have to dislike people to make such a software player????

Sorry about that. The sorting in FiiO Music app may not work so well with the file tile starting with 'the'. We will try to improve about that in later firmware update.

Just got my M11 Plus ESS and currently loving it paired with my new Focal Elegia! (transferring my music library from my phone is taking a while over WiFi though...) Got PowerAmp installed along with my usual apps but I have noticed my music stuttering a bit when playing. Probably due to downloading my music at the same time but will report if it happens after the download is done.

Will there be future android updates or is it stuck on 10? And where's the app drawer?

Running off the 3.5mm with my Focal Elegia, I cannot hear a difference. Although, the M11 has much finer control over the volume so I can get it exactly how loud I want it.

Ah I just made a custom cable for my Elegia that has 4.4mm but the right side borked out on the cable so I need to fix that.

Once it's fixed, I'll test it again.

You know about sorting issues since.... years? Every time you will report it to your "developers".... sorry, the FiiO app is crap until now! The database / sorting in your app is less than standard...since years! We reported it many, many.... MANY times in last years!

Currently, FIIO is busy promoting new products that it sprinkles.
The FIIO M11 and its variations are already old.
Before we thoroughly tested the capabilities of the M11 Plus Ltd, the M11 Plus Ess appeared, followed by the M17, and then the M11s.
We submit corrections in the software and they do not appear in new models anyway.
Production is about quantity, not quality.
With this frequency of new FIIO products it eats its own tail.
Practically every few months there is something new the equipment comes on the aftermarket for half the value and there is plenty of it.
Is it worth buying the so-called crown jewels, flagship products at full price, if after less than a year it costs half of its value.
How much will cheaper products, e.g. K5, Q3, K3 lose their value during this time ... and who will buy them now - the mass of new equipment at the old prices is on the shelves, why buy it if in a moment I will buy a jewel in the crown at this price.
Such reflections came to me ... or maybe just me only?

Pretty sure they were all listed on their product launch road map. The pandemic caused quite a lot of delays so only now are they catching up and launching the backlog. I don’t think the new products cannibalise each other but are positioned in different price brackets.

A&K version was limited due to the factory fire. M17 is over 2x the price. M11s the budget option as they withdrew from the budget DAP market.

Pretty much everything will lose a lot of monetary value over time. What shouldn’t diminish as quickly is the enjoyment value we get out of it.

Okay redid it with a balanced 4.4mm cable with my Elegia. I think I can notice the M11 sounds a little wider and accurate while the BTR7 is more narrow. It is very minor but I think I hear the difference.

Hi,

Today I purchased fiio m11 plus ltd. There is a problem. I installed the Deezer app. The screen went black while I was listening to a song.
Press the power button the blue light is on, nothing is written on the screen. Only the backlight is on. I can't reset it to factory settings because the screen is not working. What could be the problem?

- I know where the deezer app is on the screen and when i open the app i can play the last song
- When i connect it to computer i can see it as usb stick

The seller says will discuss the issue with fiio.
