Looking for lower cost LOD will be used between iPod 5.5g 60gb to PA2V2 and SE530's
 
considering either Fiio L3 LOD or one from ebay ( picture below, item 220681707982)

Are either of these good or is there a better LOD in the under $25 range?

Don't you think it a bit too long for portable use?
I would rather go with fiio.
