Hi people. thank you for reading my thread. 
I'm trying to decide on a new cheap  (under 100$) DAC-AMP combo. I planning on using it with a old set of Sony shelf speakers (4 ohm) and with my MDR-V6 headphones. I'm also planning on getting a pair of  sennheiser HD 650 next year so I want something that would work with them too and avoid having to get another amp. 
so far my options are Fiio E9, Topping TP30 and Dayton Audio DTA-100a.

I've read plenty of review of mostly the E9 and the TP30. and both seem adequate for my price range. are there any noticeable differences as far as their DAC is concerned? am I missing some other options here? any info would be very appreciated.
