I just opened up my new Fiio E18 and everything seems to be in order except that the package did not include the short micro-b male to micro-b male cable to connect it to my phone or tablet. Any advice on whether I should ask them to send me one or where I can buy one?

I don't have a particular cable to recommend and don't know the E18, but normally you need a USB OTG cables.

Also, check this Headroom unboxing video for the E18 to see if you got the cables you were supposed to. If not, I would contact FiiO.

Yeah, the unboxing video you linked, as well as others, shows that it should come with a short, double-ended micro USB cable. I've contacted Fiio. Have you, or other people potentially reading this had good experience with Fiio support?
