So I found that someone in my household who shall remain nameless spilled some water near my e17 this morning, and when I came home it was sitting in a small puddle where it had probably been all day. It won't turn on. If I plug it in it shows a red light. I bought it secondhand off ebay. What should I do?

I didn't leave it plugged in to charge, and just let it sit for a day, and the next evening it turned on. Evidently the moisture inside the unit evaporated.
