I am loking for a portable amp and I was wondering if the fiio e17 would work good with a samsung galaxy s4 active?

Will I be using it the fiio e17 to its full potential with the phone or is it more designed for use with a ipod or I phone?

If it will work what all accessories would you recommend for it. What all would I need to get the best out of it?

If the e17 will not work what would you recommend.

Nothing wrong with the E17+S4, as that's the combo I have..along with the Sony XBA-2.

I'm actually using this combo more in my car than with my earphones.

Awesome thanks for the reply and the diagram. Is their any special jacks I need to purchase for the setup? And anything you would recommend me get to the most out of it. And could you post a photo or diagram as to how you are running yours and the accessories I will need to use it. Thanks again Brad
