I need a little suggestion as it is my first amp. I have low imp headphones but will upgrade soon. I am getting an E11 pretty cheap(used) but then I wanted a DAC too. So, my two options in my budget are Fiio E17 and E10k. I will be driving it via laptop(need the DAC for) and clip+. Portability is not an issue and both these amps cost almost same here hence my choices. My choice would be better SQ out of these two.

If you get either the E17 or E10K, I would not bother buying the E11. It would just be redundant. The big difference between the E17 & E10K is that the E10K does not have a battery and is USB input only. Any difference in SQ between the E17 & E10K is really not significant.
