I'm planning on getting the ultrasone pro 900s to use for bass heavy music since i currently have the 598s, and i'm wondering how they would sound with the fiio e17 since i just got it. Thanks in advance.

E17 + PRO900 = superb bass. The question is: do you like a little brightness and sharp highs (not that sharp, but sometimes it is challanging)?
