Hey all...so can it be done? has anyone hooked up a e17 or e7 to their m-stage successfully and used it as an amp/dac combo? Is this worth doing?

I was looking to buy the M-stage I currently have the E17 and I'm using an iMac from 2008 as the source. You think it would be worth going with the m-stage or getting the asgard or the nwavguy O2 (or ODA when its released)...I'm just trying to think of ways to get the best sound out of the equipment I have without buying a new desktop DAC.

I'm going to mainly be using my Ultrasone pro 900s through the amp. Yeah I think waiting may be a good idea, the fiio honestly isn't bad I just want a good desktop
