I like listening to certain music loud and want plenty of power to do it. Which one has more power? Which one will run the MD's at higher volume level without loss of quality, and which one hisses less? Perhaps something else would be better in these areas like the ibasso t3, it just needs to be below 150$. Thanks a lot.

Well from what i heard the E17s (DAC/Amp) have better sound quality but the E11s (Amp only) are better with the lows. A plus for the E17s is you can control the treble, bass and has other cool features but at the same time the E11s are way cheaper. Im still debating which one i should get too.

People seem to say the E11 has better bass performance (or perhaps better bass EQ) but this hasn't been proven under a blind test or anything. If you need the DAC, then obviously go with the E17. If not, E11 all the way. But is the E11 usb chargeable? 
 
Both are sufficient amps for your purposes btw. Just buy one that fits your needs / price range.

Yeah the E11s are USB chargeable but they wont play while your charging them.
