Hello every one,
It's been a while since I look for portable gears so I am not quite aware of what's new on the market ...
I currently own a Fiio E10 mk1 that I want to upgrade so i am looking for a DAC/Amp. I want something small that I can take with me on the go. I plan to use it at the office, trains, and hotel rooms when in business trips. It will mostly be connected to my laptop, but if it can also connect to my android phone it's a plus.
I kind of like the design and small form factor of the JDS Lab C5D, but is it a real upgrade compared to the Fiio E10 ?
What about the Fiio Q1, E17 and E18, Sony PHA 1 ? Is there other products to consider ?
My budget is 250€ (300€ max).
Currently I am using Sony EX450 (most comfortable earphones i've ever used!) which I also plan to upgrade (200€ budget for new in-ears). I had Yamaha EPH100, Havi Pro 1, Sound Magic PL30 and E10, Brainwaz M4 and Vsonic GR02 Bass before but all broken or lost
