Can the BTR11 be used over USB like the BTR3K?

I've just received my unit and I'm experiencing issue with it.

During idle/when sounds are not played, a constant buzzing and hissing sound can be heard in the background.

I've tried using different 3.5mm cables and other earphones however, they all produce the same buzzing/hissing sound.

Is there a way to fix this or is this a defective unit?

Hi, is the wireless interference from smartphone? What IEMs you tried?

Recieved unit 2 days ago and happy with it so far. Kinda mid-centric sound signature, which I need for sensitive V-shaped IEMs. Very small device with good battery time.
