Why on earth would you not give people the choice? A button to help with pairing would make this device much more ergonomic to use. Especially when it's so finicky about re connection.

Great news!New firmware expected to be pushed in 2 weeks
We will be updating the app at the same time for some new features
It is expected to include the following:
1, LE AUDIO on/off
2, LDAC and aptX lossless encoding selection
3, Broadcast mode (trial function)
4, Optimization of use
We BT11 choose to connect through APP, it's a difficult road, unlike Cretive-W6, but I think APP is the forward-looking one!
The option to turn off the two leds, would be nice to (for night use).

Good idea. Just last night I put black electrical tape over one side for night use. My setup has no issues reconnecting using LDAC every time so I don't need to confirm but can easily by viewing the other side that's not covered. I have no reason to load the app for normal use.

Has been addressed by FiiO in an earlier post: in insight, they admit that having a multi-color led as the sole UI, and no button was a mistake.

Yes true. But why continue to promote it as a desirable feature if they have admitted it was a mistake?

Another thing. When connecting to the new UTWS5 ear hooks, the app insists that the ear hooks are connected to the phone Bluetooth in order to access the settings as well as being paired to the BT11.
I hope you can see the issue here...
The ear hooks always attempt to bypass the BT11 so it renders it useless.
Why did nobody think of this use case and implement it correctly?

Aren’t the UTWS5 supporting LDAC? If this correct (I don’t own them), why do you need BT11 for?

I see… But when you’re done with the settings in the app, why don’t you disconnect the BT connection to the UTWS5? After that, the iPhone audio should be routed through BT11…

Using multiple pairs of iems I may want multiple eq settings. The only way to change them is to be connected through the app.
This means that the ear hooks need to be connected to the phone directly to do this.

Sorry , now Only iOS , we have some difficult when update from Andriod OS, we need more time to solve the problems
Is it not possible to update from the FIIO Control website like JA11?

Used to update the FiiO Neckband in Windows with a portable .exe (runs in small window) why not let us do the same for now?
